This report represents a ‘snapshot’ of all relevant data belonging to an account. It is a great source of information before a sales call, or to exchange information about an account with sister hotels or Central Systems. It can be ordered for a single account or for a list of accounts per selected filter criteria.

Note: When printing this Report help topic, we recommend printing with Portrait page orientation.

Note: This report requires that the user be granted the ACCOUNT PRINT permission in the selected property to run the report. Also, the Property LOV in this report is further limited by the properties to which the user has the appropriate access granted.

Selection Criteria

Create Date Range. Enter a date range between which the account profiles were created.

Name. Select an account from Account Search screen.

Owner. Select only accounts of the specified PRIMARY owner.

City. Enter a City to filter this report by.

Contact Name. Select a Name of a contact associated with an account.

Contact Owner. Select only contacts of the specified PRIMARY owner.

Activities. Select this checkbox to include Activities for this account.

From/To Date Range. Use the From/To Date filter to return only Activities for this account for a specified date period.

Note: When the Activity>Use Time Zones for Activities application parameter is set to Y, date and time information related to activities is converted to the logged-in user's time zone; if no time zone is specified for the logged-in user, the logged-in property time zone is assumed; if the logged-in property does not have a time zone assigned, the database time zone is assumed. See Activity Time Zones for details.

Blocks. Select this checkbox to include Blocks created for this account.

From/To Date Range. Use the From/To Date filter to return only Blocks for this account for a specified date period.

Copies. Determines the number of copies that will print, when the Print button is selected.

Button Functions

Preview. Use the preview option to view the generated output of this report in PDF format.

Print. Use the Print button to print the report to the selected output.

File. Prints the generated report output to an *.rtf file.

Close. Closes this report screen.

Report Data

The report will print in creation order by account if multiple accounts are selected. For each account the account details like address details, communication details and marketing codes will print, followed by the contacts that are attached to the account with their specific details. All past and future activity records and block records that are linked to the account will also be listed upon selection, either underneath the contact that they are linked to, or directly under the account if no contact is linked to those records. This will also print the business blocks for Travel Agent and Source Profiles. Activities and Blocks can be filtered by date so as to include/exclude any data necessary.

Note: If your property is included in a database schema that has one or more properties in Korea (KR) country mode and you have initiated and completed the associated encryption process, the contact Date of Birth information is masked with X's by default.
