Menu Item List (REP_MITEMDTL.REP with REP_MITEMDTL.FMX)

This report is helpful in reviewing the configured menu items with their internal criteria. It is typically printed during and after configuration of menu items to verify that all relevant data has been entered. The same would be applicable when menus and menu items are changed. Obviously the report can be printed at any time though to review the current catering menu item configuration on paper.

Note: When printing this Report help topic, we recommend printing with Landscape page orientation.

Selection Criteria

Property. Available when OPS_MHT2 license is active. Choose the property for which the report should be printed.

Print Detailed Item (Yes/No). If yes is chosen, additional item information is printed for each item. See report data section for details.

Menu Item Type. Select only food items, only beverage items or both.

Sort Order. This report can be ordered in menu item name order or in article order number.

Menu Class. Select one or more specific menu classes to include in the report.

Department List. Select one or more specific department to print the report for.

Event Types. Select one or more specific event types for which the printed menu items are available/linked to.

Button Functions

Preview. Use the preview option to view the generated output of this report in PDF format.

Print. Use the Print button to print the report to the selected output.

File. Prints the generated report output to an *.rtf file.

Close. Closes this report screen.

Report Data

The reports primary sort order is always by menu item class. Within each class the report can be sorted either by article number or by menu item name, depending on the selection on the report form. For each menu item the following information is printed: article number, menu item name (all three lines is used – first line prints bold). Inclusive Y/N, revenue type, sales price, cost, serving, department and events that are linked to the menu item ( for which the menu item is available).

If Print Details is selected on the report order form, additional information for each menu item is printed, including the following: restrictions, description, beverage Y/N, portion, year, print Y/N, container.
