Reserve Account Statements

The reserve account statements allow a property to print and preview any payments, charges, or other capital expenditures for a selected reserve account. To preview or print a reserve account statement, select Ownership>Reserve Accounts, and then select the Print or Preview button from the Reserve Accounts screen or the Reserve Account Maintenance screen. The image below is a sample of what the reserve account statement may look like.

Each statement has two main areas; Payments and Charges.

Payments - Displays payments information, including the date, payment name, a description of the payment, total amount of each payment, and the total amount of all payments.
Charges - Displays transaction details, including the date, payment name, transaction code, invoice number, folio number, amount of the charge, tax, total of the individual charge, and total of all charges.

In addition, the statement displays the property name, the account number of the statement, the date and time the statement was printed, and the total balance on the account.
