On the assistance tab of the ASA application are:
A list of in-store shoppers
A list of shoppers who have requested assistance
IUA shoppers must have opted-in to the iBeacon functionality when they installed the app to be visible in ASA. Both anonymous and registered users can be displayed in ASA. Each help requests is displayed with a name that the shopper entered in IUA when they made the request.
