During the store visit, an IUA shopper can request help and cancel help requests. The help request is completed using a form in the client and then sent to the server with a REST API call. The REST API call includes a Map of parameters from the UI form, including the shopper’s name. ASA listens and tracks help requests, if any, for display in ASA. The following illustrations show the various states that are displayed in ASA.
