Internet Explorer and Oracle Commerce Platform Applications

Internet Explorer 9 and 10 treat queries originating from the Internet and an intranet differently. They use the following settings by default:

Oracle Commerce Platform products follow the default settings. Compatibility View is not supported for use with external Platform applications (products that run on the customer-facing server). Compatibility View is required for use with internal Platform applications (products that run on the asset management or agent-facing server).

External application: Commerce Reference Store

Internal applications: All other Platform products
