To modify an existing reason code:
- From the ACC menu, select Content > Ticketing Repository. 
- From the - TicketingRepositorypage, select Items of Type Reason, and then click List. The list of available Reason Codes is displayed.
- Select a reason code from the available list. The Reason Context details are displayed in the right pane. 
- Modify the Reason Description and the Name as necessary, and then click Save.
