About Activity Fields

Note the following points when you work with calendar activities:

• Selecting a value in the Repeat Frequency field automatically sets a value in the Repeat Until field and determines that the activity is recurring.

• The date and time in the Start field cannot be later than the date and time in the End field.

• If you select the Alarm check box in the Calendar Detail form of a calendar activity, and you select the Done check box in the Activity form of that calendar activity, then the Alarm check box is cleared.
