Reviewing the CWSerenade Version
Purpose: Use the cwdirectcp_version.properties file to review the build number that is displayed on the About Application Screen in CWSerenade.
Location of file: This file is normally saved on the CWSerenade application server at C:\Serenade\server\conf\cwdirectcpproperties\ cwdirectcp_version.properties, where C: is the root drive of the server.
To edit the file: You can use a text editor to edit the file; typically you would not need to update the build number as it is usually updated as part of a build.
If you make any changes to the Version Properties file, you must select Change in Refresh System Properties (PROP) or stop and restart the Serenade service (or the application server) before the changes take effect.
