About Generated Event ChecksFor each generated event check, one of the following results occurs:
The event checks are generated, and the Event Checks screen, Line Items (Guest) view appears. The detailed event check records appear in the Event Checks screen list. In each package event check record, the Package Event Check check box is selected. Meeting package elements, if any, are displayed on the Meeting Packages and Meeting Functions views. Nonfunction line items, if any, are displayed on the Non Function Line Items view. For trial event checks generated with the Trial Check button, the Status fields of the event check records are set to Trial. For event checks generated with the Open Check and Open Day buttons, the Status fields of the event check records are set to Open. The Post Date fields remain blank. The event check line items show all the applicable taxes and service charges. |
