Differences of Siebel Cross-Industry PRM from Siebel PRM

This document covers only features of Siebel Cross-Industry PRM that are different from the features of Siebel PRM. It is meant to be used as a supplement to the documentation for Siebel PRM in this book.

Several chapters of this book describe possible scenarios that illustrate ways the brand owner and partner company might use Siebel PRM, including Chapter 9, "Managing Sales with Siebel PRM," Chapter 10, "Managing Service Requests with Siebel PRM," Chapter 11, "Managing Marketing Campaigns with Siebel PRM," and Managing Partner Commerce. The scenarios are meant to illustrate many possible uses of Siebel PRM. Many of these scenarios might not apply in your industry.
