Managing Cases on Siebel Public Sector eService

Only registered citizens who enter a user name and password to access the Siebel Public Sector eService Web site can manage cases. To manage cases on Siebel Public Sector eService, citizens perform the following tasks:

• Requesting Appointments for Cases
