You cannot add nor make adjustments to time cards for a closed pay period; however, you can reopen pay periods if necessary.
The Time Card Detail page for the employee has a number of fields. Similar fields are found on both the Edit Time Card page as well as the Add Time Card page. The following table describes the different types of hours and pay listed in the hours section and pay section of the Time Card Detail page respectively.

All regular pay earned. |
OTP1 |
All pay earned at the first level of overtime hour. You can configure the label for this field from the Payroll Preprocessing Organization Configuration page. |
OTP2 |
All pay earned at the second level of overtime hours. You can configure the label for this field from the Payroll Preprocessing Organization Configuration page. |
Delinquent Status |
If the employee has a time card record that can be considered delinquent, a red check mark appears in this column. |
