Time Cards

Employee Time Cards let you: For example, you can use the Time Cards page to make an adjustment if an employee forgot to clock in, clock out, or clocked in late from a break.
After searching for an employee whose time card you want to adjust, the Time Card Detail page for that employee opens. On this page, you can see an overview of the employee’s time card information for the current pay period. From there, you can:

You cannot add nor make adjustments to time cards for a closed pay period; however, you can reopen pay periods if necessary.

The Time Card Detail page for the employee has a number of fields. Similar fields are found on both the Edit Time Card page as well as the Add Time Card page. The following table describes the different types of hours and pay listed in the hours section and pay section of the Time Card Detail page respectively.

Column Shows

Total Hours

All total hours worked (regular plus overtime).

Regular Hours

All regular hours worked.

OTH1

All hours worked at the first level of overtime hours.

You can configure the label for this field from the Payroll Preprocessing Organization Configuration page.

OTH2

All hours worked at the second level of overtime hours.

You can configure the label for this field from the Payroll Preprocessing Organization Configuration page.

Regular $

All regular pay earned.

OTP1

All pay earned at the first level of overtime hour.

You can configure the label for this field from the Payroll Preprocessing Organization Configuration page.

OTP2

All pay earned at the second level of overtime hours.

You can configure the label for this field from the Payroll Preprocessing Organization Configuration page.

Delinquent Status

If the employee has a time card record that can be considered delinquent, a red check mark appears in this column.
