Setting an Employee's Status as Rehired

You can rehire only employees whose Eligible for Rehire status was set to Yes during termination, unless authorized approval is given. To rehire an employee who is not eligible for rehire, a system administrator must access the application and decide to permit the ineligible employee for reinstatement.
  1. In Reporting and Analytics, click Labor Management, and then click Human Resources.
  2. In Human Resources Administration, click Employee.
  3. Search for and select the appropriate employee, and then click Edit.
  4. Click Rehire from the top menu bar, update any of the information on the various Employee Administration pages as needed, and then click Save.
