Unable to create a new shopper profile when Canadian French locale is set as default
After choosing Canadian French as the store’s default language and creating a new account, the shopper profile is not created.
New address entered on checkout page is not saved to profile page after order placed with PayPal
A new address entered on the checkout page should be saved to the profile page after placing an order via PayPal, however the address is not saved. Note: the new address is saved when the order is placed without using PayPal.
Unable to complete an order using PayU when a gift card is applied to the order
After applying a valid gift card to an order and selecting the PayU button the payment process does not progress and an error message is displayed.
Products are not sorted as ‘Price high to low’ / ‘Price low to high’ on product listing page (IE9 browser)
On the product listings page products are displayed in their default order, this remains so after selecting the ‘Price high to low’ and ‘Price low to high’ sort options.
Cybersource orders with a billing address containing Chinese characters cannot be placed
After entering a billing address containing Chinese characters on checkout the order does not proceed and an error is displayed.
Error notifications do not clear after resolving the errors on checkout and cart pages
On the store’s cart and checkout pages several error messages remain visible after the errors have been resolved.
Checkout with PayPal button is not localized
On the store’s cart and checkout pages the Checkout with PayPal button is not localized.
Dynamic property values are not consistent on search results page and product listing page
The search results returned are inconsistent on the search results and product listing pages for dynamic property values.
Strings may not display properly on your store if you change the default language
Changing your store’s default language, especially after creating catalog items and store content, can lead to translation problems and unexpected results when shoppers view your store. For example, category headings can appear as “null” and untranslated variant values cannot be translated into additional supported languages.
Workaround: Do not change your store’s default language once you set it, especially if you have already created items like products, SKUs, collections, and promotions.
Form fields on an iPad checkout screen (in portrait mode) are not available once a validation error has occurred
A validation error can occur after a field has been filled out incorrectly, or something is missing from it. When a validation error occurs whilst using an iPad (in portrait mode) related to any given field on the checkout screen, that field is then unavailable.
Workaround: Change to landscape mode and then return to portrait mode to make the field available again.
The Order Details page does not display the order details or shipping methods when a promotion has been applied
If an order contains a promotion and that promotion is subsequently deleted or renamed within the Marketing tab, then the order history page will not display the promotion detail or shipping methods to the shopper on the Storefront.
Deleting published items from the system can lead to lost orders and unexpected results
Deleting published items, including products, SKUs, promotions, and shipping methods, can lead to problems with orders and other unexpected results. For example, suppose a shopper applies a promotion to her order. Later, you use the administrative console to delete that promotion from the system. When the shopper tries to view that order in her order history, the order details page does not load.
Workaround: Do not delete published items unless you are sure they have not been purchased or associated with any orders.
When a shopper enters a coupon resulting in a zero cart total, the order cannot be placed
After adding items to their cart and applying a coupon which results in the cart having a zero amount total, the system is unable to place the order.
When a shopper is checking out with PayPal and applies a gift card to a zero amount order, the cart page does not navigate to the PayPal page
If a shopper has items in their account with a total value of zero and they click the PayPal Checkout button then they should be navigated directly to the PayPal page from their cart. Instead they are shown an error message and navigated to the Checkout page.
Workaround: Click the PayPal Checkout button from the Checkout page to initiate the PayPal process.
