Deactivating Condiment Prefixes

You can deactivate condiment prefixes to prevent them from appearing in the Combo/Condiment Orderer.

1. In the EMC, select the Enterprise level, click Configuration and Menu Item Classes.
2. Double-click a regular menu item class with condiments.
3. Click the Condiments Group tab and change all Allowed Condiment Groups to Required Condiment Groups.
4. In the Allowed Condiment Groups section, select the condiment group you created in the section Creating Menu Items Classes for Prefixes.
5. Click the Forced Condiments tab and set the Minimum value for the previously allowed condiment groups to 0 (zero).
6. Repeat Steps 2 through 5 for all regular menu items with condiments.
7. Click Save.
