in which the data for statistics Item
timeperiod/branch is stored.
The field name, the type of data and the size of field
as well as a short description of the relevant field contents are detailed
below.

Total of all item turnover including the assigned
parts of menus.
The turnover of the menu items is shown separately.

Total of all turnover for menu items.

Total of all price changes (markup/markdown).

Total of profit calculation base.
This value is only shown if a price for the profit
calculation base has been assigned for the item or if this is a stock item and
if a cost price has been calculated for the stock item.

Count of all items sold. The items of a menu are shown
separately.
