The following program description deals with:

Remarks on the Program Function

By use of this program you can maintain the data of the time period records in the system, i.e. insert new records, edit and delete the existing ones. You can also display the data on the screen for enquiry only.

Program Time periods to which you can branch from Company allows you to set up a maximum of 99 periods per day. The turnover recorded during these periods is stored separately and can be retrieved via a variety of reports (e.g. in menu Item Report Statistic).

Note!
Please bear in mind that these periods are company-related. Program Time period 2 applies to branch-related periods which are used at present for the export data of the staff planning program PEP.

NOTE:
In addition, the appropriate period (day, week, month or year) must be activated in program Parameter -> Misc. Parameter -> Statistic parameter for the statistic TimeTurnBrch or TimeTurnProc to ensure that the statistical values for periods are stored.
