Time Periods 2

The following program description deals with:

Remarks on the Program Function

By use of this program, you can maintain the data for the Time Periods 2, i.e. create new data records, modify or delete existing data. You can also view already stored data for information purposes.

By use of the update program Time Periods 2, you can create time periods needed for the data of the staff deployment planning program "PEP".

Note!
Please note that these time periods are branch-related time periods which are currently only used for the swap data of the staff deployment planning program "PEP". The update program Time Period applies to company-related time periods.

The program Time Periods 2, which you can enter via the program Branch, allows you to create up to 99 time periods per day. The turnover recorded during these time periods is stored separately and can be called via the report "Create PEP File " in the update program Branch. After the report has been started, the data is stored in the file Pep.dat in the directory ..\work.

NOTE:
Additionally, the option "Day" has to be activated for the statistics "TimeTurnBrch" in the update program Parameters -> Misc. Params. -> Statistic Parameters to generally store the statistic values for time periods.
