The program description deals with the following:
The (drinks) dispensers in use in the company not only have to be physically connected up, they must also be included in the program. Links to article, POS and drinks dispenser must also be established to allow an article to be recorded at each POS terminal.
Four programs define the functioning.
The graphic Dispenser shows the program interconnections.

Enter a free dispenser type no. and make the entries described below.
Call up the appropriate data record by entering the Dispenser type no.. The data is shown in the screen mask. Make the relevant changes and save the entries.
Mark the data record to be cleared and then click onto button Delete. If the entry is to be cleared the query "Delete" should be confirmed with OK. Abort means that the entry will not be cleared. Please note that deleting is only possible if all prerequisites for this operation match.

Entry range permitted: numeric 1 - 9999
Number of the company to which the dispenser is linked. This key field is normally not an entry field. Link for the dispenser is done via the program from which this program part has been called up.

Number of the branch to which the dispenser is to be/has been linked. The branch no. is displayed after program call up.
Entry range permitted: numeric 1 - 99
Number of the dispenser table to which the dispensers are to be/have been linked. The number is displayed after program call up.
Entry range permitted: numeric 1 - 99
Enter the number of the dispenser. The name appears after confirmation. The dispenser type must have been programmed with Dispenser type before it can be described here.
Entry range permitted: alphanumeric, max. 20 pos.
The name of the dispenser.
Entry range permitted: numeric 1 - 9999
Link of installation no. which has been programmed with Installation.
Entry range permitted: numeric 1 - 9999
Link of processing unit no. as programmed with Processing unit.
Entry range permitted: numeric 1 - 9999
Link of device no. as programmed with Device.
