Operator State (Transactions)

Remarks on the Program Function
You can enter the window Operator State by opening the window Application -> Sales -> Transaction Header and selecting the Transaction Type Operator State. The selection has the effect that further fields are displayed on the screen page.
The overview informs you about the statuses Sign on, Final Sign off, Break, Intermediate Sign off, Start Training, End Training, New Password, Operator comes, Operator goes.
It is an information program only. Attempts to store entries will be rejected with the message "Not allowed".
Note:
- The transaction type Operator State can only be queried for those operators who are/have been signed on at a terminal of the type Itemizing Terminal.
Company
Number of the company in the area of which the transaction has been booked.
Branch
Number of the branch in the area of which the transaction has been booked.
Terminal
Number of the terminal at which the operator has carried out the transaction.
Transaction
Every transaction receives its own transaction number.
Voucher
Transaction and voucher numbers are identical. Voucher numbers are given when a receipt has been printed.
Operator
Number of the operator who carried out the transaction.
Profit Center
Number of the profit center in which the transaction has taken place.
Shift Number
The transaction has been carried out in this shift.
Date
Date on which the transaction has been carried out.
Time
Start time of the transaction.
Confirmed
Finished transactions are indicated by the activated option.
Operator State
Displays the name of the operator state.
The following types of status can be linked to the operator
- Sign on
- Final sign off
- Break
- Intm.sign off
- Start training
- End training
- New password
- Operator comes
- Operator goes
- Power fail
- Clock on
- Clock off
Cash Payment Type
Currently without a meaning.
Receipt
If a receipt has been printed within the transaction (sign-on receipt etc.), the option is activated.
New Secret Number
If your system works with variable Secret Numbers, the secret number given within the sign-off is displayed here.
Drawer
Number of drawer
Arbeitsbeginn
Uhrzeit der Ankunft des Bedieners (Tastencode: COMES)
Arbeitsende
Uhrzeit des Arbeitsende (Tastencode: GOES)
Start Working
Time of the arrival of the operator (key code: COMES)
End Working
Time of the end of work (key code: GOES)
Waiting Time
The sum of the time intervals between the closing of the drawer and the opening of the next receipt.
Note:
- The waiting time does not include the time period between the last closing of the drawer and the operator sign-off.
Clock on date
Date for time recording on or time recording off (key code: CLOCK)

Power Fail Amount
Displays the turnover achieved during a power fail (offline).
