The Safe State Report
provides the actual values of the safe, whereas this report shows the values of
the accounting period closed using the program Safe
Finished.
After the report is called from the Report menu on the menu bar, you can then
select the desired company, and/or branch, and/or the accounting period numbers
(from/to) in the selection window displayed on the screen. Click on the Start button to produce the report. You can
also select the short version of the report, in which the data is compressed.
The report will be produced on the selected output
device.
