Remarks on Program Function
The status data stored in system for the safes can be viewed with this program. The user can switch over to a new booking period with button Safe finished.
This program is called up in program Branch via button Safe state.

Remarks on data fields
The following details all options available for update of the basic data.
The following applies to this program:
- The entry mask may differ in your MICROS Retail OSCAR POS program depending on the set-up of the user program. Some data fields may be missing.
- Some data fields may have defaults or defined selection options so that they cannot be updated in this program.
- The entry mask may contain fields with enforced entries, and in other fields entries may be optional.
- If the data record is updated over several pages of entry masks the dialog window is reached by clicking on the appropriate button with <Mouse key 1>.
- The procedure is the same if you want to call up another update program from this program.
In some cases you may find the so-called. "Switches" which are either activated or deactivated - depending on the setting - by clicking with <Mouse key 1>. Activated switches have a dark top, deactivated switches are lighter.
Company
Permitted entry range: numeric, 1 - 9999
Enter the no. of the company for which the status data of a safe is to be viewed. If you do not know the no., the data record can be selected with the Search function.
Branch
Permitted entry range: numeric, 1 - 99999
Enter the no. of the branch for which the status data of a safe is to be viewed. If you do not know the no., the data record can be selected with the Search function.
Safe no.
Permitted entry range: numeric, 1 - 99
Enter the no. of the safe whose status data is to be viewed. If you do not know the no., the data record can be selected with the Search function.
Account no.
Permitted entry range: numeric, 1 -99999999
This field shows the account no. of the safe concerned.
Note:
A safe report can be executed with button
"Safe finished". The account no.
will be increased by 1 and a new account period started.
Start date
Permitted entry range: DDMMYYYY (day, month, year)
This field shows the date on which the account period for this safe started.
Start time
Permitted entry range: HHMMSS (hour, minute, second)
This field shows the time at which the account period for this safe started.
Money start value
Entry range permitted: decimal, max. 5 pos.with max. 2 decimal places
In this field, the opening money value for this safe is displayed.
