In the hospitality area, the waiter account is carried
out at the POS terminal – in contrast to the SB area in which it can also be
carried out via a POS declared entry – via the POS reports only.
An account period will neither be closed nor opened.
The report is therefore only for information within the waiter account.
The call-up takes place via the appropriate function
key ( keyboard code REPORT;4). The output is carried out via the connected POS
printer.

This report displays the values of the waiter signed
on at the POS terminal of the current account period. The period will then be
closed, and a new one will be opened (with values set to zero). Everything will
be booked in the new period from then on.
