Adjustment Item Mask, 2^nd Example

The option “Deposit Item” is to be replaced by the field "Price change permit.".

1. Program: Forms

• Go to System -> User Interface -> Forms.
• In order to accelerate the subsequent search, enter “2” in the field Language. By this, you select the English language.
• Enter Item in the field Window Title. Make sure the spelling is correct (case-sensitive!).Wild cards can also be used, e.g. Art*. Click on the Search button (magnifying glass). The complete data record will be displayed then.
• In order to make sure you called up the correct screen page, activate the option “View Screen”. The selected screen will be displayed.
  Minimize the item mask to be able to see the window “Forms” again and deactivate the option “View Screen” to close the window “Item”.

2. Program: Form Fields

• Click on the button Form Fields to open the window of the same name.
• Search for the field Deposit in the selection window and select it.
• Replace the entry Deposit in the field “Field Name” by Discountable.
• Replace the entry Deposit item in the field Descriptor by Price change permit.
• Save your changes.
• Close the window Form Fields.

3. Program: Forms

• Enter Item in the field Window Title again.
• Activate the option “View Screen” again to check the result of your changes.
• Minimize the window „Item“ and deactivate the option “View Screen” in the window Forms again to close the window “Item”.
• Close the window Forms. The change is now complete.
