Remarks on the Program Function

By use of this program, you can view the Repair Positions for a repair order stored by the system.

The recording and pickup of repair positions is carried out exclusively at the terminal by use of the keyboard event "REPAIR" and the repair pickup by use of the keyboard event "REPAIRSEL".

Remarks on the Input Fields

This paragraph will provide a short overview over the options available for updating these Basic Data.

Just like in almost any other program:


Company

Permitted input range: numeric, 1 - 9999

Enter the number of the company of which you would like to view the repair positions. If you do not know the number, you can also select the data record via the Search Function.


Branch

Permitted input range: numeric, 1 - 99999

Enter the number of the branch of which you would like to view the repair positions. If you do not know the number, you can also select the data record via the Search Function.


Repair Number

Permitted input range: alphanumeric, max. 8 chars.

Enter the number of the repair order of which you would like to view the repair positions.

The number for a repair order is automatically given by the system during the data recording at the terminal.

If you do not know the number, you can also select the data record via the Search Function.


Position

Permitted input range: numeric, 1 - 9999

Enter the number of the repair position to display its data.

The number for a repair order is automatically given by the system during the data recording at the terminal.


Repair group

Permitted input range: numeric, 0 - 999

Displays the repair group for this repair position.

Repair groups are maintained in the update program Application -> Repairs -> Repair Group.

The various Repair Types can be grouped in repair groups.

The Departments for the recording of repair orders have to be assigned to a repair group.


Repair type

Permitted input range: numeric, 0 - 999

Displays the number of the repair type. The repair type is entered by the operator at the terminal during the recording of a repair item.


Repair state

Field with firmly defined selection options

Displays the current state of this repair position.

The following status messages can be displayed in this field:


Contact state

Field with firmly defined selection options

Displays the current customer status for this repair position.

The following status messages can be displayed in this field:


Add. text

Permitted input range: alphanumeric, max.32 chars.

Displays the text as it has been entered by the user at the recording of the repair position at the terminal.


Outworker no.

Permitted input range: numeric, 1 - 99999

Displays the outworker (= repair business) for this repair position.

An outworker is assigned to each repair type. Outworkers are maintained in the update program Application -> Repairs -> Outworker.


Amount

Permitted input range: decimal, max. 12 positions, 2 decimal digits

Displays the repair price as it has been stored for this item in the update program Repair Type or entered manually when the repair order was recorded.


Cost price

Permitted input range: decimal, max. 11 positions, max. 3 decimal digits

This field shows the costs entered in program Repair type in field Costs. These are surcharges to a certain type of repair.


Amount paid

Permitted input range: decimal, max. 12 positions, max. 2 decimal digits

Displays the deposit recorded when the repair order was recorded at the terminal.


Creation date

Permitted input range: DDMMYYYY (day, month, year)

Displays the date on which the repair order has been accepted.


Book out date

Permitted input range: DDMMYYYY (day, month, year)

Displays the date on which an outworker order has been created for this repair order. By use of the update program Outworker Order, the repair orders recorded at the terminal are sent to the outworker who carries out the repairs.


Expected back

Permitted input range: DDMMYYYY (day, month, year)

Displays the date on which the repair item is expected back.

In the update program Outworker, you can define when a repair order is expected back, depending on the outworker order date.


Book in date

Permitted input range: DDMMYYYY (day, month, year)

Displays the date on which the repair order has been returned by the outworker.

The returns of repair orders are edited by use of the update program Outworker Delivery if an outworker order for a repair order has been carried out beforehand.


Collected date

Permitted input range: DDMMYYYY (day, month, year)

Displays the date on which the customer has picked up the repair order. The pick-up of a repair order is carried out at the terminal by use of the keyboard event <REPAIRSEL>


Expected collect

Permitted input range: DDMMYYYY (day, month, year)

Displays the date on which the customer is expected to pick up their repair order.


Cancelled

Permitted input range: DDMMYYYY (day, month, year)

Displays the date on which the repair position has been cancelled.
