Additional Intransit Dates Window

Purpose: Use this window to review multiple dates when items on a ship to store order were shipped or transferred from the originating location, but not yet received.

Why would there be additional in transit dates? The items on a ship to store order might have different in transit dates if, for example:

an item was backordered when the originating location began shipping or transferring the order to your store location, but then later the location received the backordered item and sent it

an item needed to ship separately (for example, each unit ships in a separate carton), and the cartons did not all ship on the same date

If two shipments were made for the same item on the same date, the window displays a single listing for that date.

How to display this window: Click the plus sign (IntransitPlus.png)next to the Intransit Date field at the View Orders Ready to Receive Screen. This option is available only when there are unreceived items on a ship to store order that were shipped on dates other than the Intransit Date listed at the View Orders Ready to Receive Screen.

This window is available only if your store location fulfills ship to store orders.

All information in this window is display-only.

Fields on this window:

Item #: the item on the ship to store order that was shipped or transferred on a displayed date

Intransit Date: the date when the item was shipped or transferred from the originating location

For more information: See the Receive Order Detail Screen for more information on receiving the items on the order.
