View Orders Ready to Receive Screen

Purpose: Use this screen to view ship to store orders in transit to your store location, and to receive them.

How to display this screen: Select Receive Orders at the Home screen.

Note:         This screen is available only if your store location supports ship to store orders.

Which orders listed? Only ship to store orders that include at least one line whose Next Action is Receive are listed. To see all open orders, regardless of next action, use the View All Open Orders Screen.

Search for orders: See the search fields to the right

View order detail: Click View for an order to advance to the View Order Detail Screen

View additional in transit dates for items on the order: Click the plus sign (IntransitPlus.png) next to the Intransit Date field for an order to open the Additional Intransit Dates Window. This option is available only when there are unreceived items on the order that were shipped on dates other than the Intransit Date listed at this screen.

Receive:

         Click the Receive option in the Next Action column to advance to the Receive Order Detail Screen, where you can receive all eligible (in transit) items on the order, or individual items

         Select each order to receive, or click Select All, and click the Receive option at the bottom of the screen to open the Confirm Receive Window without reviewing the items you are receiving for the selected order(s); only eligible (in transit) items are received

Note: This option is available only if you have the required authority.

Print Receive Document: Select one or more orders to generate the Receiving Document for these orders

Navigation: Return to Home Screen: click Home (top left)

Sort displayed orders: Click a column heading displaying order data (such as Order Number) to sort the displayed orders by the information in that column.

Searching:

         Order Number: You can enter a full or partial order number, or scan a barcode from the Receiving Document

         First Name

         Last Name

         Phone Number

         Intransit Date

Results:

         Orders Found

         Order Number

         Customer

         Intransit Date

         Intransit Age (unlabeled field below the Intransit Date)

         Shipping Method: The carrier specified by the originating location when the in transit items was shipped or transferred

Note: If more than one carrier was used for shipments that are currently in transit on the same order, a Shipping Method of Multiple is listed.
