Receive Order Detail Screen

Purpose: Use this screen to:

         review a ship to store order order with one or more items that haven’t yet been received

         verify that individual items or all items have been received at your location

         select additional options, such as reviewing the carton contents, printing the receiving document, or closing one or more lines on the order

Which items listed? Only items on the order whose next action is Receive are listed on this screen. To see all open items on the order, regardless of whether they are in transit, received, or in picked status, click View Order Detail in the upper right to advance to the View Order Detail Screen.

How to display this screen: Select Receive at the View Orders Ready to Receive Screen or the View All Open Orders Screen.

Note:         This screen is available only if your store location supports ship to store orders.

Fields

Receive:

         one item: 

         Click Receive in the Next Action column for the item (even if other items are selected, only the current item is received); or,

         Select the item and click the Receive button at the bottom of the screen

         more than one item: Select each item and click the Receive button at the bottom of the screen. You can also use the Select All or Deselect All buttons at the bottom of the screen.

Grouped items: If items are grouped, they can’t be received separately. See Why are some items on an order grouped together? for background.

Other options: Select one or more items and click the button at the bottom of the screen to:

         Print Receive Document

         Close one or more items. Available if you have the required authority.

Also, you can click:

         Carton Detail in the upper right to open the View Carton Details Window

         View Order Detail in the upper right to advance to the View Order Detail Screen

Header information:

         Order #

         Intransit Date: The earliest in transit date if there are multiple items in transit and not yet received

         Origin

         Intransit Age: Includes the days, hours, and minutes

Customer information:

         Name

         Address

         Phone

         Email

Shipping Address information: The pickup icon (pickup.png) is displayed.

         Item #

         Item Description

         Price

         Intransit Quantity

         Intransit Date

         Next Action: Receive

Top of screen:

         Current store location

         User ID

         Click Carton Detail in the upper right to open the View Carton Details Window to review items in transit for a ship to store order, or View Order Detail in the upper right to advance to the View Order Detail Screen

         Order type: Ship To Store Order

         Items Selected
