Select Cancel Reason Window

Purpose: Use this window to select the reason for canceling a pickup or ship to store order, or an item on a pickup or ship to store order.

How to display this window: Select Cancel for:

•         one or more items at the Pick Up Order Detail Screen, or

•         one or more orders at the View Pickup Ready Orders Screen or View Unclaimed Pickup Ready Orders Screen, or

•         one or more items at the View Order Detail Screen, if the Next Action for a pickup or ship to store order is Pick Up

Completing this window: Click the reason for canceling the item(s) or order(s). The order(s) or item(s) are canceled immediately.
