View Unclaimed Pickup Ready Orders Screen

Purpose: Use this screen to work with pickup or ship to store orders that haven’t been picked up by the customer within the Unclaimed Order Hours threshold for your organization. At this screen, you can cancel orders, reprint packing slips, send pickup reminder emails, or advance to the Pick Up Order Detail Screen screen to review the order or work with individual items.

Note:         This screen is available only if your store location supports pickup orders or ship to store orders.

Which orders listed? This screen lists only pickup and ship to store orders that include at least one line whose Next Action is Pick Up and that haven’t been picked up by the customer within the Unclaimed Order Hours threshold for your organization. In the case of pickup orders, they also must not be Under Review, If your system administrator has not set up the Unclaimed Order Hours threshold, then all pickup-ready orders are listed.

How to display this screen: Select View Unclaimed Pickup Orders at the View Pickup Ready Orders Screen.

Search for orders: See the search fields to the right.

Pick Up an order: Click the Pick Up Order option in the Next Action column. The order is removed from the screen.

Pick up items on an order, view detail, or cancel items on the order: Click the Pick Items option in the Next Action column to advance to the Pick Up Order Detail Screen.

Cancel an order: 

         one order: Select the order and click the Cancel option at the bottom of the screen

         more than one order: Select each order or click Select All, and click the Cancel option at the bottom of the screen

Reprint Pack Doc: Select each order to reprint the packing slip, or click Select All, and click the Reprint Pack Doc option at the bottom of the screen.

Send a pickup reminder email to the customer (Resend Email):

         one order: Select the order and click the Resend Email option at the bottom of the screen

         more than one order: Select each order or click Select All, and click the Resend email option at the bottom of the screen

Important:                         If your system administrator has configured Store Connect to hold email generation for a ship to store order until all in transit items on the order are received, you should not resend the email until confirming that you have received all items.

Searching:

         Order Type (All Order Types defaults if your location can fulfill both pickup and ship to store orders, however you can also select Pickup or Ship To Store. If the location can fulfill only pickup or ship to store orders, the specific order type defaults)

         Order Number

         First Name

         Last Name

Note:  You can’t search based on company name.

         Phone Number

         Date (can include a “from” and “to” date)

Results:

         Orders Found

         Order Number

         Customer

         Date

         Age (pickup orders only)

         Ready for Pickup: Always in bold red text unless your system administrator has not set up the Unclaimed Order Hours threshold

         Pick Up Action:

         Pick Up Order: confirm that all eligible items on the order were picked up

         Pick Up Items: advance to the Pick Up Order Detail Screen

Top of screen:

         Current store location

         User ID

         Click View Pickup Ready Orders in the upper right to return to the View Pickup Ready Orders Screen
