Pick Up Order Detail Screen

Purpose: Use this screen to:

         review a pickup order with one or more items that have been picked but haven’t yet been picked up

         review a ship to store order with one or more items that have been received but haven’t yet been picked up

         verify that individual items or all items are picked up by the customer

         select additional options, such as reprinting the packing list, sending a reminder email, or canceling an item or the order

Which items listed? Only items on the order whose next action is Pick Up are listed on this screen. To see all open items on the order, regardless of next action, click View Order Detail in the upper right to advance to the View Order Detail Screen.

How to display this screen: Select Pick Up Items at the View Pickup Ready Orders Screen or the View Unclaimed Pickup Ready Orders Screen.

Note:         This screen is available only if your store location supports pickup orders or ship to store orders.

Pick Up:

         one item: 

         Click Pick Up in the Next Action column for the item (even if other items are selected, only the current item is picked up); or,

         Select the item and click the Pick Up button at the bottom of the screen

         more than one item: Select each item and click the Pick Up button at the bottom of the screen. You can also use the Select All or Deselect All buttons at the bottom of the screen.

Grouped items: If items are grouped, they can’t be picked up separately. See Why are some items on an order grouped together? for background.

Other options: Select one or more items and click the button at the bottom of the screen to:

         Reprint Pack Doc

         Cancel

The Resend Email option is available at the bottom of the screen. It isn’t necessary to select any items to generate the reminder email.

Important:                         If your system administrator has configured Store Connect to hold email generation for a ship to store order until all in transit items on the order are received, you should not resend the email until confirming that you have received all items.

You can click View Order Detail in the upper right to advance to the View Order Detail Screen.

Shipping Address information: The pickup icon (pickup.png) is displayed.

         Available Qty (pickup orders only)

         Pickup By Date: Included for a picked item on a pickup order if Store Connect supports auto-cancellation of unclaimed pickup order lines whose next action is Pick Up. To change the Pickup By Date, select the calendar icon (calendar_icon.png) to open the Edit Pickup By Date Window.

         Next Action: Pick Up

Top of screen:

         Current store location

         User ID

         Click Carton Detail in the upper right to open to the View Carton Details Window for a ship to store order. You can view carton details if there is at least one item on a ship to store order that is still in transit to your store location

         Click View Order Detail in the upper right to advance to the View Order Detail Screen

         Order type: Pickup Order or Ship To Store Order
