Ship Order Window (Manual Shipping)

Purpose: Use this window to confirm shipment of one or more items on a delivery order when you are using manual shipping.

Completing this window:

         Optionally, select a different Carrier. The carrier on the order defaults. If there is no active carrier specified for the order, then you need to select one.

         Enter a Tracking # if it is required for the selected carrier.

Click Ship: When you click Ship at this window, this:

         Confirms that you have shipped the order or selected item(s)

         Closes the order or selected item(s) and removes the order or item(s) from all Store Connect order processing screens

         Typically, either Store Connect or the originating system generates a shipment notification email, depending on configuration

Click Cancel: Click Cancel to return to the previous screen without confirming the items on the order as shipped.

How to display this window: Click Ship for an item or order at the:

         View All Open Orders Screen

         View Order Detail Screen

         View Orders Ready for Shipping Screen

         Ship Order Detail Screen

You can also display this window by clicking Pick and Ship at the Pick Order Window if you are using manual shipping.
