Purpose: This screen displays all open orders assigned to your store location for fulfillment. The oldest orders assigned to your store (delivery or pickup orders) or in transit to your store (ship to store orders) are listed first.
How to display this screen: Select Open Orders at the Home Screen or View All Open Orders from the View New Orders Screen.

Accept & Print (delivery or pickup orders): • one order: Click the Accept & Print option in the Next Action column, or select the order and click the Accept & Print option at the bottom of the screen • more than one order: Select each order to accept or click Select All, and click the Accept & Print option at the bottom of the screen Pick a delivery or pickup order: Click the Pick option in the Next Action column Note: • You can also pick individual items on a delivery or pickup order by clicking View for an order to advance to the View Order Detail Screen, and selecting the line(s) to pick. • Selecting the Pick option opens the Pick Order Window unless your system administrator has set the pick verification method to: • Item: you advance to the Pick Order Detail - Item Screen • Scan: you advance to the Scan Items To Pick Screen See Verifying Delivery or Pickup Orders as Picked for an overview. Pick Up a pickup or ship to store order: Click the Pick Up option in the Next Action column Receive a ship to store order: Click the Receive option in the Next Action column to advance to the Receive Order Detail Screen, where you can receive all eligible items on the order, or individual items Note: You can also use the View Order Detail Screen or the View Orders Ready to Receive Screen. Print Receive Document: Select one or more ship to store orders to generate the Receiving Document for these orders; this option is available only if the Next Action for the ship to store order is Receive |
Searching: • Order Type (All Order Types defaults if your location fulfills delivery, pickup, and ship to store orders, however you can also select Delivery, Pickup or Ship To Store. If the location can fulfill only delivery, pickup or ship to store orders, the specific order type defaults) • Shipping Method (if your location fulfills more than one order type) Note: You can’t search based on company name. • Date (can include a “from” and “to” date) Results: • Customer • Date • Age (delivery and pickup orders) • Next Action: See Actions for a complete list. Reject (delivery or pickup orders): • one order: Select the order and click the Reject option at the bottom of the screen • more than one order: Select each order to reject or click Select All, and click the Reject option at the bottom of the screen Note: You can’t reject a ship to store order. Reprint Pick List (delivery or pickup orders): Select each order to include on the pick list, or click Select All, and click the Reprint Pick List option at the bottom of the screen Reprint Pack Doc: Select each order to reprint the packing slip, or click Select All, and click the Reprint Pack Doc option at the bottom of the screen Search for orders: See the search fields to the right Ship a delivery order: Click the Ship option in the Next Action column. See Shipping Delivery Orders for an overview View order detail: Click View for an order to advance to the View Order Detail Screen Under Review? If a pickup or delivery order is Under Review, you can’t Pick Up or Ship the order. Note: The Under Review flag doesn’t apply to ship to store orders. Navigation: • Return to Home Screen: click Home (top left) • Advance to View New Orders Screen: click View New Orders (top right) Sort displayed orders: Click a column heading displaying order data (such as Order Number) to sort the displayed orders by the information in that column. |
