Order Maintenance Confirmation E-Mail Program (H12)

Purpose: Use this screen to define the program to use for generating an email confirmation when a customer attempts to cancel an order on the web storefront and the order cannot be canceled.

System name field: Enter the program name to use for generating notification emails for unsuccessful cancellation requests you receive through the web storefront. The base program is OCFAILNOTF.

Unsuccessful attempt: If the attempt is not successful, the system generates a notice to the customer.
