The Property Inspector exposes certain screens as editable when in customization mode, where new fields and drop-down lists (List Of Values) can be created, and modifications can be made to a built-in field's properties. You can also rearrange fields to change the screen layout.
With Property Inspector, you can:
- Hide or Show fields
- Rearrange the field order on screens
- Make the fields mandatory with an option to add the required field indicator
- Create new fields including date, text, or number fields
- Create external URL links (Profile and Reservation Primary Details, Check In and Check Out Review Reservation section)
- Create single-select or multi-select drop-down (List Of Value) lists
- Set a default value for custom fields
Current screens that are supported with Property Inspector customization:
- Block Room Details, Catering Detail, and Additional Detail jumps
- Reservation Check-In and Check Out trains (Review Reservation Stops)
- Profile and Reservation Additional Stay Details jumps
- Look to Book Start screen (Caller Information)
- Look to Book Search, Call Statistics, Book Now screen, Turnaway screen, and Property Availability*
*Property Inspector is enabled for the Look to Book Property Availability section when the reservation is booking for more than one night.
