You can add a room field to the Look to Book (LTB) "Book Now" screen using the Property Inspector. The Room field lets you enter or select a room number for the reserved room type directly within the Book Now pop-up. Only one room can be reserved for each reservation.

To display the Property Inspector on the Book Now screen:

Open the LTB Availability screen for making a reservation.
Select the "Open Setup" indicator at the top of the LTB screen.
Check the Property/Hub Level checkbox.
Save Changes.

After selecting a room rate for the reservation, the Book Now screen displays with the Property Inspector indicator and text in the top right corner.

Using Property Inspector to create a Room Field

Open the Property Inspector form by selecting "Property Inspector" on the Book Now screen.

From the Components section, select select Add, then choose Number Field.
In the Properties section, enter "Room" in the Label field. Select a number-based user definable field such as "Number UDF 1" in the Value field.
Enter a number in the Columns field to determine the width of the Room field. Make the field width large enough to accommodate the length of the property's highest room number.
