Why should I create a Profile?

Primary Details

Particulars such as the guest's Name, Title, VIP code, Language, Nationality, and Currency are all editable fields, the Name field being the only mandatory field for creating a new profile.

The Client ID is assigned at the time of profile creation.

 

Profile - Primary Details

The Individual type profile displays basic guest information at a glance, and can be personalized with a guest picture. If the guest is enrolled in a membership, the primary membership number and an image of the primary membership also appear.

The Company, Travel Agent, Source, Group, and Contact type profiles display basic information at a glance, and can be personalized with a guest picture.

Editing the Primary Details fields

All fields on the Primary Details section are editable except for the Client ID (which is auto-assigned to the Profile).

To edit the Primary Details, select Edit at the top right, make the necessary changes, and then select Save Primary Details.

The Guest picture

Each Profile can be personalized with a picture, regardless of the type of Profile:

To add or change the picture,

 

1. Select Edit at the top right of the Primary Details section

 

2. Select Change Image (the Upload Image screen appears)

3. Select Choose File and navigate to and select the picture (here you can also add a Description for the picture)

 

4. Select Change Image

 

5. Select Save Primary Details

 

 

The Membership image

Profile Image - Membership

The Membership image appears on the Individual type profile when the guest is enrolled in one or more Membership programs, and that Membership program has images uploaded and assigned through Client Relations Management > Image Management > Memberships.

(Supported image types are PNG, JPG, JPEG and GIF. Please note that image files should be 72dpi and not more than 300 KB.)
