Assigning Users to Room Maintenance Orders
Use Room Maintenance on the Room Management Workspace to assign a staff member to room maintenance orders. You can search for orders by entering the property name and additional search criteria.
To assign a staff member to a room maintenance order:
- Open the Room Management Workspace and select Room Maintenance.
- Select New.
- Enter the room number requiring maintenance.
- Enter a staff member in the Assigned To field.
- Select a Reason and add Remarks.
