Assigning Users to Room Maintenance Orders

Use Room Maintenance on the Room Management Workspace to assign a staff member to room maintenance orders. You can search for orders by entering the property name and additional search criteria.

To assign a staff member to a room maintenance order:

  1. Open the Room Management Workspace and select Room Maintenance.
  2. Select New.
  3. Enter the room number requiring maintenance.
  4. Enter a staff member in the Assigned To field.
  5. Select a Reason and add Remarks.
