The Add Reservation View allows you to place additional reservations on the Manage Billing screen for easy reference and accessibility when managing billings that involve multiple reservations.

Reservation Views
The Add Reservation View function places additional reservations as tiles on the Manage Billing screen. The additional reservations identify the guest name, room number, and balance.
Placing additional reservations on the screen allows you to do the following:
- Move transactions from one reservation to another.
- Swap the position of the "primary" reservation with an additional reservation.
- Remove additional reservations from the Manage Billing screen.
How to Add Reservation Views:
- Select the "I Want To...Add Reservation View" on the Manage Billing.
- Search for reservations using guest names, group names, arrival dates, and other search criteria.
- Select a reservation from your search results.
- Select "Select Reservation" to place the reservation on the Manage Billing screen.
Note: The "Open Folio" check box narrows your search to guest accounts that allow charges, payments, and adjustments after checkout.
