Reservations Search
Select the Reservations tab to find reservations that meet your search criteria. You may then view the reservations and attach them to the selected travel agent or source for commission payment processing.

Reservations Search Functions
You can search for Reservations by completing the Property field and at least one other field. You can narrow your search further by entering information in any of the following additional fields:
Name, First Name - This is the profile name associated with a reservation; usually a guest name.
Travel Agent - A travel agent responsible for making a reservation.
Source - A source (other than a travel agent; for example, an airline, tour operator, etc.) responsible for making a reservation.
Confirmation Number - A number assigned by the system.
TA Record Locator - A reference number or identifier provided by the Travel Agent or Source.
Search Options - Adds or removes search fields from your screen.
Clear - Clears search results and search fields.
Reservation Status - The current status of the reservation. Typical options are shown in the table below:

...have already Checked In, have Stay Date(s), or are Due Out on today's date . |
No Show(s) |
...did not check in on their Arrival date (from previous days) but whose Stay Date(s) include today. |
Waitlist |
...are on a Waitlist and their Arrival, Day Use, or Stay Date(s) include today. |
Search Results
Search results display a list of reservations based on your search criteria. Each search results displays information about the reservation, such as the arrival date, length of stay, number of guests, etc.
The Text | Table links in the upper left corner changes the search results view between a text layout and a table layout. When viewing in the Table layout, the Column Options link appears and allows you to customize the table layout.

Create a New Reservation |
Takes you to the Caller Information screen where you can begin creating a new reservation. |
Create a House Posting Account |
Allows you to create an account for managing deposits, charges, and payments for non-guest room related activities. |
Create a Walk In Reservation |
Lets you check for rate and room availability. |

Copy Reservation |
Creates a copy of the selected reservation based on information you want included in the copy. |
Go to Billing |
Displays a list of charges against the selected reservation. You can examine the details of any charge by clicking on the code number assigned to it. Details may include Payment Method, Payment Information, Date Information, Folio Information, and Additional Information. |
Go to Folio History |
Allows you to view a history report of all charges against the reservation. The report can be printed, emailed, faxed, or previewed. |
Go to Profile |
Displays the Manage Profile screen of the selected guest. |
Go to Reservation |
Displays the Manage Reservation screen of the selected reservation. |
Reservation Card |
Displays a pop-up with options to Print, Email, Fax, or Preview the Reservation Card. |
Go to Commissions |
Displays the Manage Commissions workspace screen. |
View Changes Log |
Displays a Changes Log that lists Activity Type, Description, Date, and Time. |
