Call History - How to see Call History for a Reservation

To see Call History for a reservation, open the Manage Reservation screen and open the “Call History” jump.

The Call History jump will show details of each time a call was logged against that reservation, including Date, Time, and Duration of the call.

If available, the Call History jump can also display the Caller’s Name, Phone Number, and Email Address.

Call History - How to add Caller Information to an existing Reservation

To manually add Caller Information to an existing reservation, open the Manage Reservation screen and open the “Call History” jump.

Click “New”, and enter the desired information.

The Call Start Date and End Date are required fields.

If desired, you can also enter the Caller’s Name, Phone Number, and Email Address.
