Chapter 26: Printing the Manifest Download Report (PMDN)

Purpose: You can use the Manifest Download Report to review records downloaded to the PC manifest station and/or to list downloaded records before you begin scanning so that you can tie out downloads to uploads. This report includes records in the Manifest Download New (FLMNDL) file. The system uses this file for your PC manifest downloads if the Use Pick Label Tracking in Manifest Interface? (D48) system control value is set to Y.

How to display this screen: Enter PMDN in the Fast path field at the top of any menu, or select Print Manifest Download Report from a menu.

Field	Description
Batch dates	The starting and ending date of the time range you want to include in the report. These dates will be the same if you are running the report for a single day. Numeric, 6 positions (MMDDYY format); optional.
Batch time	The time the pick slip records in the batch were created. You cannot enter a batch time without also entering a single batch date. If you enter a batch time without entering a batch date, the following message displays. You can enter a time only if you are running the report for a single date. Numeric, 8 positions (HHMMSS format); optional.

Press F9 to process the Manifest Download Report. A message such as the following displays:
