Purpose: The following chapters provides reference information for use throughout the system.

• Chapter 44: CWDirect/Vertex Interface describes the bridge between CWDirect and the Vertex Sales Tax Compliance System, which you use for sales tax calculation and reporting.

• Chapter 45: Using the QAS Address Interface provides an overview and required setup to send CWDirect addresses to the QAS address management system for address cleansing and standardization.

• Chapter 46: Generic Tax Interface Messages describes the messages that support the generic XML tax interface.
