After a full deployment, a baseline index is automatically initiated on both the ATGStaging and ATGProduction servers. Follow the steps below to ensure that the baseline index has completed on both servers and you can move on to promoting content.
To check the baseline index status:
In a browser, return to the Dynamo Server Admin on the
ATGStagingserver. See Browsing the Staging and Production Servers for details.Click the Component Browser link, and then use the subsequent links to navigate to the
/atg/commerce/endeca/index/ProductCatalogSimpleIndexingAdmincomponent.Ensure that the Auto Refresh option is selected so that the status information is refreshed.
When the Status for all phases is COMPLETE (Succeeded), proceed to the next section, Promoting the Commerce Store Accelerator Content.
Repeat this procedure for the
ATGProductionserver, using the Dynamo Server Admin instance that runs on that server.
