After an adapter is hot-plugged in, the server might fail to recognize the adapter.
Workaround: Reboot the server to recognize the adapter. If you do not intend to reboot the server, change the mode in another server before hot-plugging the adapter. Monitor MOS for the updated FW package with a fix.
