To configure a Record File data source, specify values for the configuration properties listed below. If you are configuring the data source in CAS Console, the CAS Property Display Name appears in the user interface. If you are configuring the data source using a crawl configuration file or the CAS Server API, specify a value for the CAS Property Name in the configuration file or pass a value to the API.

(Required). Specify an absolute path to a folder you want to crawl. Seeds may be local folders or network drives. Note that for Windows, you should specify network drives by universal naming convention (UNC) syntax rather than by using the letter of a mapped drive. Retrieve ACLs |
