If a dimension has multiple occurrences of a dimension value, dimension value ID is appended to dimension value from the second occurrence. This approach is followed in both the dimension value ID mapping conversion and the dimensions file conversion.

Message in forge2cas-cmd.log:

Dimension <DIMENSION_NAME> has more than one occurrences of dimension value <DIMENSION_VALUE>, appending Dval ID to dimension value from the second occurrence of dimension value.
