Modifying a Group

You can change the properties of a group in the Group Editor. For example, you can change the group's name, description,  feature access, security filters, and  group membership.

 

To modify a group:

  1. From the Admin menu, choose User Manager. This displays the User Manager.

  2. Select the group to modify.

  3. In the Actions column, click the Edit icon . This displays the Group Editor.

You can do the following:

Change the group name and description

Assign Security Filters to a Group

Add Members to a Group

Remove Members from a Group

Assign Features to a Group

  1. Click OK to save the changes.
