Administrators can use the User Manager to create, delete, and modify users and groups. To display the User Manager, choose the User Manager option from the Admin menu.
The User Manager grid provides the following information about the users and groups defined in the project source:
Name: Lists the full user name or group name. Click the group name to view the users belonging to that group.
Login: For users, this displays the login User Name. For groups, this displays the group name.
Owner: Displays the name of the administrator who created the user or group.
Account Status: For users, this displays either Enabled or Disabled. For groups, this column is blank.
Modified: Displays the time and date the last modification to the user or group was made.
Description: Displays the description of the user or group, if entered in the General tab of the User or Group Editor
Actions:Click to edit a user or group,
to reset a user password, or
to delete a user or group.
